Changeover day
From 11th July to 11th August, changeover day is Friday.
From 26th August, changeover day is Monday.
The house is ready for occupation by 1pm hours & guests are
asked vacate by 10am on the day of departure. This is
variable depending upon the arrival/de

Bedroom 1 has double bed,
large wardrobe, fan and sea view.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe, fan and overlooks
the pool.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, warbrobe, fan and built in
safe. |

The 2 bathrooms have bath,
shower, wc, bidet, hand basin and are very large.

| Kitchen: |
Fully equipped kitchen with
beautiful sea view. Complete with gas cooker,
electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge
and freezer, toaster and kettle. |
| Utility Room: |
The utility room is very large
and there is a washing machine and another wc and
hand basin. |
| Living Rooms: |
Large with all comforts. big
table and 6 chairs, small folding table, 1 sofa and
2 armchairs, TV and DVD player, coffe table and many
books for your hours of relax. |
| Other: |
On the large terrace
surrounding the villa you can enjoy BBQ, swiming in
the private pool, sunbathing on the sun lounger or
take a shower. |

Bed linen and towels are
changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is situated in the residencial area of Cala Llonga
with its astonishing views of Mahon harbour and delightful
walks. It is a very quiet area very secure for your children.

Outside
The large terrace is equipped with sun loungers, table and
chairs, bench, BBQ, shower, swimming pool (30m2) with light,
small garden.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is 10 mins drive. In the lovely village of
Sa Mesquida.
Golf
Menorca has one golf course. About a 30 mins drive. 14 holes,
with restaurant and near a beautiful beach on the northeast
side of the island, north of Mahón.
Special interest holidays
If you are passionate about walks and horses this island is
for you. Menorca offers plenty of walks in the countryside
or on the many beaches. You can enjoy nature by walking or
horse riding around.
Travel
The airport is 20 mins drive.
Mahon port is 10 mins drive.
It is essential to hire a car. We recommend to book it in
advance, specially if you come in July or August.
We have special offer from a local car hire company. If you
are interested please let me know.
Distances
Mahon center is 15 mins drive.
Es Castell town is 25 mins drive.
The Fortress of Isabel II (La Mola) is just 5 mins drive or
30 mins walk.
Further details
There is a small local shop in the village (something like a
7 eleven), just 5 mins walk from the villa.
The closest restaurants are in Sa Mesquida village, but we
recommend you to drive to Mahon or Es Castell to find more
to choose.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking and the balance
is due 4 weeks before the date of arrival at the villa.
