Conditions for renting cars with us in Menorca:

Below we detail that it is included in the price:

- Delivery and return to Mahon, Menorca airport, Mahon bus station, and places no more than 20 km, for deliveries more than 20 km from Mahon please consult.

- VAT on the 21st, unlimited mileage and second driver included.

- Collision damage insurance without deductible, excepting models of 7 seats and 9 which will be 300 euros with the possibility of canceling the deductible.

- Insurance for theft of the vehicle as long as the customer has the car key.

- Cancellation of reservation with a minimum period of 72 hours.

- We do not charge fuel, we only ask you to return the car with the same amount.

- Payment can be made by transfer, in cash, by credit or debit card.

 

Full inssurance

We have full insurance which you can take out at the time of booking, which includes:

- Wrong fuel supply

- Damage to the locks

- Damage or loss of antenna or windshield wiper.

- Tire breakage, wheel bumps, aluminum wheel breakage.

- Broken glass and moons.

- Blows or scratches on heels.

- Sheet metal and paint.

- Rear view mirrors and headlights.

- Loss or break of keys or remote controls.

 

What to keep in mind:

- Penalties for infringements are borne by the landlord.

- We do not refund amount for early refund.

- The company is not obliged to replace the vehicle in the event that the customer is guilty of an accident.

- The customer will always be responsible for damage caused to the car by negligence, reckless driving, under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

- The customer will be responsible in case of theft of the vehicle and not have a key to it.

- The customer is responsible for breakage in upholstery, burns caused by cigarettes.
